IOGenic was founded in 2003 by four Internet and IT specialists with extensive experience in software editing, engineering large projects and hosting. IOGenic was launched with the specific objectives of creating IT solutions adressing the real problems faced by users while taking into account the return on investment demanded by the market.

IOGenic started its software editing business in September 2003 with ADN (Advanced Data Networking) software and is now branching out into development of other IT solutions.
